defendant's taxicabs, the ultimate theory of recovery being the
failure of the taxicab driver to assist plaintiff in alighting
from the cab after she had requested such assistance. Plaintiff
recovered and defendant appeals. Appellee Florence J. King will be hereinafter referred to as
plaintiff, and appellant Vets Cab, Inc., as defendant, or cab
company.
